Comparing prospect and buyers lists
2 replies , 5/4/2005, 7:40:01 PM
I am trying to help out our marketing department and so far the only thing I have accomplished is to turn myself into a drooling idiot. My problem: We have two worksheets, the first is a list of names/emails of prospects and the second is a list of names/emails of people who have actually bought our product. Marketing wants to send an email to the people on the prospects list that are NOT already buyers. How can I compare the two lists, removing the names that are buyers but otherwise leaving the prospect list intact? I am using Office 2003. Thanks for the help

Prospects for an Office XP sp4?

Just wondering if anyone has heard whether there are any plans to issue an Office XP (2002) sp4 before they retire the product. The list of updates including the 2007 compatibility pack are getting rather long.

Contact Management-Sales Prospecting

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I now track my prospecting activities on an Excel spreadsheet. I track the name, a prospect type, the date I made a reach out (either email or phone call, or both) and comments. I flag it with a follow up date. There must be a way to do this using the power of Entourage. My comments should be in the contact, not on a spreadsheet. I think I do too many steps. I would like to print lists of prospects based on type, date, follow up, category. I do not know where to start and I hate reading through forums. Is there a book on the topic of managing sales leads and list in Entourage. Better yet, I would pay a consultant who knows Entourage like the back of his/her hand to guide me. Thoughts?
