I now track my prospecting activities on an Excel spreadsheet. I track the name, a prospect type, the date I made a reach out (either email or phone call, or both) and comments. I flag it with a follow up date. There must be a way to do this using the power of Entourage. My comments should be in the contact, not on a spreadsheet. I think I do too many steps. I would like to print lists of prospects based on type, date, follow up, category. I do not know where to start and I hate reading through forums.
Is there a book on the topic of managing sales leads and list in Entourage. Better yet, I would pay a consultant who knows Entourage like the back of his/her hand to guide me. Thoughts?
